Lillybrook is situated in the Wiltshire countryside
just outside the village of Bradenstoke. The park was opened in 1966 by Norman & Jean
Burchell. One of their sons (Lawrence) joined the business in 1982 and together
they have developed the Park to the highest standards. Lillybrook Estates Ltd
purchased
Church Park in June of 2000. Norman & Jean retired to a Park Home on Lillybrook
in 1991. Jean is still living there – proof that we believe in what we are selling.
Most homes have larger than average gardens. For those who would like to grow their own vegetables an allotment area is available at no extra cost. The majority of homes have private garages alongside. There are several car parks for resident and visitor parking. A daily coach service (not Sundays) stops at the Park entrance.
Dogs are not allowed to reside on Lillybrook because of the open plan layout, however visitors can bring their dog, but it must be kept on a lead. However Church Park is suitably fenced and as such dogs are allowed to be kept by residents with prior approval.
Lillybrook has permanent planning permission for 113 Park Homes.
Church Park
has permanent planning permission for 54 Park Homes.
Lillybrook Estate Ltd is a family run business and we take great pride in our achievements at Lillybrook & Church Park.
Lawrence Burchell lives on Lillybrook with his wife and family. Lawrence now manages the business assisted by his brother Philip.
We provide a tranquil living environment away from modern urban pressures and we are committed to maintaining a warm and friendly atmosphere for the enjoyment of all our residents.
Both Parks benefit from the availability of full mains services, except natural gas (bulk tank calor gas is available).
Our Parks are for the over 50s and therefore are not suitable for children to live here (they are welcome to visit relatives).
We have homes for sale in this park, please check under Home Sales and select Wiltshire.
