			Each home has 2 bedrooms, with en-suite shower room and walk in robes to the master bedroom. There is also a separate family bathroom. The kitchen comes complete with fully integrated appliances, whilst the living area comprises a fully furnished lounge, dining area and study. Security concerns have been addressed by the installation of electronically controlled security gates and a 2 metre high boundary fence. Also, the Park has its own resident warden who will be on hand to help with any problems that may arise.
