Church Park is located in the middle of the small historical village of Bradenstoke. In the year 2000 it was acquired by Lillybrook Estate Ltd. Since then it has undergone major re-development including total replacement of the electrical system, enhancement of the street lighting and improved fencing. The result is a delightful Retirement Park.
The village Post Office and shop is situated outside the Park entrance and the Village Hall is just down the road. Dogs are allowed to reside on the Park – subject to management approval.
A daily coach service (not Sundays) stops near the Park entrance.
Church Park has permanent planning permission for 54 homes.

Lawrence Burchell lives on Lillybrook with his wife and family. Lawrence now manages the business assisted by his brother Philip.

Both Parks benefit from the availability of full mains services, except natural gas (builk tank calor gas is available).
Our Parks are for the over 50s and therefore are not suitable for children to live here (they are welcome to visit relatives).
