Refurbishments
We use the same materials as park home manufacturers so that you know our
refurbishment will last. We transform the look of your old park home to that
of a new one.
We renew all rotten timbers, re-insulate and re-panel. Everything is screwed
and glued.
Porches and Extensions
We take great care in the design aspect, including window and door size,
roofing materials, and whether you choose all PVCu or stipple finish. We try
to make your extension look part of your home.
Wall Coatings
We use the most proven protective wall coating there is, PTC stipple as used
by all leading park home manufacturers. You can enhance the look of your old
home to that of a new home.
PTC also manufacture a follow up coat to the stipple to protect your home
whilst allowing the timber to breath through the stipple. This process gives
your home a longer life span.
PVCu Fascias, Soffits, Barge Boards, Cladding and Gutters
This range of products protects your roof line and improves the appearance
of your park home. They are all maintenance free.

Bring your home up to date with a Decra or Tufftile roof to include:
- 2 x 2 timber structure
- Top grade roofing felt and treated

- New fascias and gable ends

PVCu Doors and Windows
We offer 'odd leg systems' especially designed for your park home, which

- Shoot bolt, dead lock, locking system

- White or black gasket
